Attorney specializing in litigation in the fields of Intellectual Property, Administrative and Regulatory Affairs and Public Acquisitions. He offers general consulting in Industrial Property both for Trademarks and Patents. In charge of several cases related to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries including issuance of and challenges against marketing authorizations by the Federal Commission for Protection Against Sanitary Risks, linkage system, advertising authorizations and imports. General consulting in administrative affairs including public tenders, proceedings before the Federal Commission of Consumer Protection and Environmental Licenses. Counsel in arbitration related to Intellectual Property affairs.
