Alejandra works in the Litigation group at Olivares & Cía. and her work involves all the areas of Intellectual Property. Normally, her work is to provide legal opinions to clients, handling cancellation, nullity and infringement actions before the Mexican Trademark Office (IMPI) and the Copyrights Office (INDAUTOR), as well as handling nullity trials before the Federal Court for Tax and Administrative Affairs (TFJFA) an “Amparo” law suits before the Federal Courts (TCC).
