Erwin Cruz has worked as an IP Litigator in Olivares & Cía., S.C., since 2007, having previously focused on constitutional and administrative law practice. He provides general consulting in Industrial Property both for Trademarks and Patents, and Consumer Law. As member of Life Sciences Team, his area of practice is mainly the enforcement of Patent and Trademark rights, as well as Regulatory affairs —mostly in the issuance of and contesting of Marketing Authorizations by Health Authorities, Linkage System, and Regulatory Data Protection. He focuses on cases related to the pharmaceutical and software fields.
