Martha Celis is an attorney at Olivares & Cía. with more than 7 years of experience in the area of litigious proceedings, mainly those prosecuted before the Mexican Trademark Office. She provides specialized advisory to our clients in the field of protection and enforcement of their Intellectual Property rights, assisting our clients in a whole manner during this process. Also, she has wide experience in litigious proceedings in other stages; before the Federal Court for Tax and Administrative Affairs and Federal Circuit Courts. Likewise, Martha assists our clients in the registration of distinctive signs, providing with an accurate consultancy in connection with the protection of their rights.
