Daniel Sánchez

Daniel Sánchez se integró a Olivares & Cía. en 2000, convirtiéndose en socio en 2011. Es egresado de la Universidad La Salle y posee un posgrado en Derecho de Propiedad Intelectual por la Universidad Panamericana. 

El Sr. Sánchez es autor de numerosos artículos relacionados con los derechos de propiedad intelectual y litigio en publicaciones como: Managing Intellectual Property, IAM Magazine, entre otras.

Es miembro de la Barra Mexicana de Abogados (BMA), la Asociación Mexicana para la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual (AMPPI), así como varias asociaciones más sobre Propiedad Intelectual, incluida la International Trademark Association (INTA), y la Biotech Industry Organization (BIO). Ha sido conferencista en la International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), así como en numerosos foros adicionales.

El trabajo del Sr. Sánchez en Olivares & Cía. es extensivo, posee una vasta experiencia en prosecution y litigio en todas las áreas de la Propiedad Intelectual incluyendo marcas, derechos de autor, patentes y competencia desleal. Actualmente dirige un grupo de abogados escpecíficamente dedicados al litigio ante el Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (IMPI) y las cortes federales.
