Osvaldo Amaral

Osvaldo Amaral has written several articles concerning patent rights. With an expertise in science, Mr. Amaral has a unique perspective on the legal and scientific implications of clients’ patent rights. His practice involves advising clients on patents, IP litigation, enforcement, licensing, and tech transfer.
